Diana Dunn

About Me

This is me, Diana, mother of three and recently married to Adam. I have always had a passion for photography since secondary school and have completed various courses since. I have had to put my passion aside for awhile whilst I was working and looking after my small children. Once the opportunity arose to study photography once more I jumped at the chance and I am now a graduate of an FDA Film and Photography degree. I love to photograph families in a documentary style which captures the connections and emotions between each member of the family. As a mother I know how busy life can be with children and how quickly they grow. Sometimes it is hard to see  what is happening around us, as we are too busy living it. I want to capture these moments, 'the story' so they become treasured memories for each individual family. I would also like to document the amazing journey of birth, showing the strength, the support and the raw emotions of  the experience. I have had an image selected by Rankin  published in 'This is Britain' book dedicated to Children in Need . I have also recently received an award for one of my portraits in the Masters of  Photography Association.
